We felt that all tools were a compromise, either in the functionality they provided or the way in which training managers had to change their processes to work within the software.
So we went back to the drawing board- asking why building and delivering online training had to be so complicated? We enlisted the help of some very talented training managers who told us what they honestly needed from their online tools. Some of the greatest features have come from these early users and for these we are thankful.
